A proposed natural gas pipeline is being held up by Summit County residents who refused to allow surveyors onto their land. The three-foot, $2 billion Nexus Pipeline would run 250 miles from Columbiana County to Defiance before turning north toward Michigan and connecting with another pipeline in Ontario. The company’s request for restraining orders against opposing property owners in Wayne County is set for a hearing today.
