Yesterday North Central High School auctioned off parts of the historic building to help pay for new furnishings at the new building that will have 14 classrooms and state of the art features. Everything from lockers to light fixtures, tables, desks, mirrors and appliances were sold off. The old high school will be demolished on June 13th, next Monday. The new facility is scheduled to be ready for the fall classes and is being paid for by a 37-year bond issue approved by district voters two years ago.
