A northwest Ohio man was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with the July death of a Henry County man. 27 year old James Doan III of Fayette, was indicted by a Henry County grand jury on Feb. 22 on charges of reckless homicide; possession of a heroin; and aggravated trafficking in Oxycodone. According to Henry County Prosecutor office, on July 11, Doan allegedly recklessly caused the death of Wayne Helms Jr. The 45 year old Helms of Napoleon died at the Henry County Hospital emergency room. The cause of death was determined to be combined drug toxicity of alcohol and heroin. Doan was arrested by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at Oakwood Park in Napoleon, and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker, pending a court appearance later this week.
