Nostrum Pharmaceuticals’ formulation plant in Bryan has reduced its workforce to “somewhere around 25 essential workers,” according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation. The same source said the company has expressed an interest in eventually bringing back a not-yet-determned number of the cut employees. Bryan’s Nostrum plant manager confirmed cuts were made but disputed the accuracy of the numbers. The manager, however, declined to provide another figure.
