The Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities has new leadership. Amy Rohdy is hired as the new executive director of the Northwest Ohio Waiver Administration Council. Rohdy takes her new position on Dec. 1. She currently serves as the business manager for NOWAC, which serves Williams, Defiance and Van Wert counties.
