Understanding immigration issues is complicated. Northwest State Community College is hosting a one-day program to look at the issues, like refugees around the world and coming to the US, and why don’t illegal people living here become citizens through legal channels? The program is through the Center for Lifelong Learning and is for people 55 and older. The Program on immigration is on April 8th from 9 am to 3 p.m. in the Voinovich Auditorium. Cost is $12 and the registration deadline is April 4. The fee includes lunch and is payable at the door.
For more information or to register, contact Cecily Rohrs, coordinator of the Center for Lifelong Learning, at 419-267-5502, or email her at crohrs@northweststate.edu
