The Board of Trustees at the Northwest State Community College has approved a contract for the college’s support staff. The contract offers modest raises to staff, which the co-president of the college’s Education Association says is less than what the workers wanted. The union will present the contract to the members and they can vote to accept or reject the terms, which could mean a strike if they choose.
