For a few short minutes Wednesday morning, the eyes of the global financial world were fixed on a group from northwest Ohio. At Times Square in New York City, amidst dozens of brightly flashing screens, Farmers and Merchants Bancorp CEO Paul Siebenmorgen celebrated the addition of the Archbold-headquartered, independent community bank to the NASDAQ stock exchange, by ringing its opening bell.
