ODOT drafting plans for new outpost in Hicksville

ODOT says a new out­post facil­ity in Hicksville is now being designed and is expected to go to the bid phase next month. ODOT wants the pro­jected $3 mil­lion dol­lar project to cre­ate a larger build­ing for crews for more room, and move the loca­tion, get­ting it away from res­i­dences. The new build­ing is going to go up next to Hicksville High School on Ohio 2.
