It’s good to plan ahead, and that’s what the Ohio Department of Transportation is doing with the 40-miles of U.S. 24. ODOT met with officials from Defiance, Paulding and Henry counties to discuss long-term recommendations for intersections along the route and then get the info to everyone who needs it, like township trustees, county commissioners, economic development folks who are out there talking with potential developers. They want to make sure people know what the long term plan is before they make their plans.
