Changes have been announced in the work on the Clinton Street bridge in Defiance. The soil borings that were scheduled for Tuesday are now set for next week. The work is being done in advance of the bridge replacement that is planned in three years by ODOT. The work will now begin on Monday and go for about two weeks, according to District II spokeswoman Rhonda Pees. The work goes during normal business hours, from 8 to 5 p.m. When work is being done, expect lane closures and slower traffic.
