Ohio Turnpike increasing toll rates.

The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission (OTIC) has announced an increase in toll rates, effective Jan. 1, for both E-ZPass users and those paying with cash or credit at the toll plaza. In a recent press release, the OTIC said the adjustment is part of a financial strategy to cover operating expenses, debt service and capital improvements.
