A woman is hospitalized after her minivan spun out of control and slammed into a guard rail on in DeKalb County. First responders were called to the intersection of County Road 427 and County Road 66. Officials say, Erin Godwin of Fort Wayne was headed north on 427 when she hit a patch of ice. She told police her minivan spun at least 5 or 6 times before hitting the rail. Godwin was taken to a local hospital with a back injury. Two small children in the car were not hurt.
