Only Minor Injuries Following Weekend Rollover Crash on I-69

A rollover crash on I-69 in DeKalb County over the week­end is being blamed on an ani­mal in the road­way. 18-year-old Drake Stafford some­how escaped with only cuts and bruises after his pickup truck rolled mul­ti­ple times Sat­ur­day evening when he over­cor­rected after swerv­ing to miss an ani­mal a cou­ple miles north of Auburn. Stafford was taken to Parkview Regional Med­ical Cen­ter for treat­ment of a lac­er­a­tion while his unnamed pas­sen­ger was not injured. No other vehi­cles were report­edly involved.
