The highest court in Ohio held session from Montpelier Exempted Village Schools on Wednesday, and though no verdicts were rendered, it was a great learning experience for many of those involved. Chief Justice, Thomas Moyer created the Ohio Supreme Court’s Off-Site Educational Program, which has since brought a sampling of Ohio’s real-life, ongoing cases to 77 counties, with Williams as its latest. Cases heard by high school juniors from across the county included a criminal case surrounding the legal distinction between domestic abuse and allowable parental discipline
