OSU’s former marching band director gets a job in Ohio

Former Ohio State University marching band director Jonathan Waters has a job leading the band again. This time, at Heidelberg University in Tiffin. The small liberal-arts college doesn’t have a marching band, but Waters said he and the college are interested in starting one. Waters lost his job at Ohio State in July 2014 after it determined that he ignored a “sexualized culture” inside the student band. His lawsuits are pending.
