Randall Ottinger, the McClure man charged in the shooting death of his brother, is arraigned in Henry County. Ottinger pled not guilty to aggravated murder with a firearm. His $500,000 dollar cash bond with no 10% allowance provision is continued. The video arraignment took place while Ottinger was being held at CCNO. A Henry County grand jury alleges on June 5th, Ottinger shot and killed his 56-year-old brother, James, at a County Road 6 home, southeast of McClure. Insiders say prosecutors are looking over several sentencing options for the charges.
