Randall Ottinger, the McClure man, charged with killing his brother, wants to change his plea to not guilty, by reason of insanity. Ottinger previously pled not guilty to one count of aggravated murder, in a Henry County courtroom. Prosecutors say on June 5th, Ottinger, killed James Ottinger, with a 20-gauge shotgun…all premeditated. If convicted, Ottinger faces life in prison.
