Ottinger Charged With Murder

A McClure man is accused of shooting and killing his brother. Randall Ottinger, is charged with murder in Damascus Township. Officers were dispatched to a County Road 6 location on a shots fired call. Ottinger surrendered immediately. He is at the jail in Stryker. The victim has been identified as James Ottinger. Investigators say a gun was found at the scene.
