A Super PAC, with ties to Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell, is spending $1.4 million on an ad campaign to boost Indiana GOP Senate candidate, Mike Braun. The Senate Leadership Fund announced the campaign, which will run across the state on broadcast TV, cable, radio and online. Braun is a former state lawmaker and businessman running against vulnerable Democratic Sen., Joe Donnelly. The ad features footage of President, Trump praising Braun on stage at an Indiana rally. The ad is the latest example of the President dominating Indiana’s Senate race. Donnelly, too, has portrayed himself in ads as willing to cross the aisle and work with the President.
