Page Faces The Court

Johnny Page, the Archbold man charged with one count of rape, appeared in a Napoleon courtroom. Page waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He was released on his own recognizance and ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. He also is required to obey a protection order and submit to GPS monitoring. He can’t enter Defiance or Henry counties either…except for mandatory court appearances.
