The Indiana State Police arrests two Kendallville residents after a lengthy burglary investigation and a standoff with police. DeKalb County deputies were dispatched to a C.R. 4 location in Waterloo on a burglary call. When they arrive, they find the home ransacked with many items, including a pickup truck, reported stolen. Soon afterwards…the truck was returned to the property, but the suspects fled the scene. The investigation leads to the arrest of Cole Hankins and Robyn Funk. They both were taken into custody in the DeKalb County Jail, after a short confrontation with police.
