A shoplifting arrest in Indiana leads police to drugs and guns, some from Williams County. On Saturday, an Angola auto parts store employee reported a man and woman came into his store and stole $100 worth of vehicle light bulbs. When police arrived, the couple was still parked across the street. Richard Brown of Hamilton, Indiana, and Tiegan Gallant of Montpelier, were taken into custody. They then found guns, traced back to a 2017 theft, reported by a gun collector who lives in Edon.
