Parsley Faces Charges

In DeKalb County, Ryan Parsley of Butler faces drug charges and more. Officers pull him over in Auburn. A police dog gives Parsley’s vehicle a good going over. 62 grams of meth are seized in the search. A handgun and brass knuckles were in the car, too. They say he had fake tags on his plates.
