Cullen Parsons, the Liberty Center man previously convicted of attempted murder in 2016 will still serve 12 years in prison after a re-sentencing hearing. Parsons was convicted in Henry County of trying to kill another Liberty Center man who was jogging on a county road. Authorities say Parsons drove by the man and shot at him in 2015.
