Partee Gets CC

Chantel Partee of Defiance is placed on community control for four years for robbery and vandalism in a case from last spring. She will also pay $464.33 for damage at the Shell gas station on S. Clinton St. The judge reserved a prison sentence of 41 months, in case Partee violates terms of community control. Partee’s counsel admitted their client has a history of mental health issues. They added Partee is employed now…and sober.
