Paulding Chamber Leadership in Action Class organizing community service project.

In order to generate money for a wheelchair-accessible van for the Paulding County Senior Center, the Paulding Area Chamber of Commerce 2026 Leadership in Action Class is organizing a community service project. Participants in Leadership in Action are encouraged to find a significant local need and collaborate on a project that will have a long-lasting effect. The senior center project was chosen by this year’s class because individuals who require mobility assistance and dependable access to care and community resources can benefit greatly from accessible transportation. In response to the increasing mobility needs of the local senior population, the class is collaborating with the United Way of Paulding County to help raise $26,500.
