A house near Paulding was heavily damaged early Wednesday morning by fire. Shortly after 2 a.m., Paulding Fire Department was called to a home on County Road 95 that was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived. Poviding mutual aid were Payne, Cecil-Crane Township and Scott fire departments. aulding EMS also transported an unidentified individual to the Paulding County Hospital, where a condition update was unavailable. The home is reported to be a total loss. The American Red Cross was called to assist the family.
