The Ohio Highway Patrol still has filed no charges against a driver involved in a fatal pedestrian crash in Fulton County.
Investigatos say they are still trying to figure out exactly what happend on the night of April 9th, when 30 year old Haylee Brandt was found dead in a yard after having been walking her dog along a county road.
The 20-year-old driver, Rebecca Yarberry, reported “knowledge of the crash,” to Swanton Police that evening, but she did not stop at the time and render assistance.
Brandt was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent’s where she died on April 11.
