Phone Scare Forces Hospital Lockdown

A threat by phone puts an area hospital into lockdown status for a time. Officials say the threat was made to ProMedica Defiance Hospital on Ralston Ave. Patients were still allowed to enter. Officials reopened the facility in just over an hour.
