Phyllis L. Luke, age 80, of Bryan, Ohio, died peacefully at 10:10 A.M. on Friday, February 19, 2016, at Hillside Country Living near Bryan. Mrs. Luke was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bryan, where she was also a member of the Shamrock Circle. She had worked at K-Mart and the Sport Shop.
Phyllis was born on November 16, 1935, in Montpelier, Ohio, the daughter of Ray H. and Eva M. (Bauer) Wisman. She married James Paul Luke on December 19, 1953, in Edon, and he preceded her in death on September 7, 2007.
Survivors include her children, Deanna (James) Tucker, of Bryan, Ohio, Stephanie Corron, of Bryan and James (Caroline) Luke, of Temecula, California; six grandchildren, Julie Tucker, Stephen Corron, Joseph Tucker, Robyn Corron, Joshua (Taelor) Luke and Breana Luke; two great granddaughters, Landynn and Emmalynn Luke and a brother, Norman (Marilyn) Wisman, of Bronson, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Sandra Luke, son, Timmy Luke and a son-in-law, Bob Corron.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 3:00-7:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial at Brown Cemetery will follow the service.
