Plea Deal Reached In Drug Case

A plea deal Mon­day in Steuben Cir­cuit Court, saw a Fre­mont man plead guilty to two felony charges for allegedly deal­ing metham­phet­a­mine. 24-year-old Niko­lus Nevois was arrested in March fol­low­ing an inves­ti­ga­tion by the IMAGE Drug Task Force in which he allegedly sold to a con­fi­den­tial infor­mant. Nevois was sched­uled to go on trial next month. The plea deal has been taken under advise­ment by the judge, and a sen­tenc­ing hear­ing has been sched­uled for Novem­ber 23rd.
