A Bryan man, wanted for skipping out on his probation, is picked up after several tips were given to officers. Williams County deputies made a post on the department’s Facebook page, outlining the case, along with a description of Nicolas Rowe, convicted for several domestic violence. Officers say, someone saw him walking down the street and called the police. He was picked up without incident and taken to the lockup in Stryker.
