WU Tower Update

In West Unity, a grant of $402,500 is awarded towards the $1.2 million water tower project. The village will find out in early September if a grant of $300,000 will also be awarded. West Unity has to fund the amount not covered by grants. The tower is planned to hold 100,000 gallons. It will replace the one built in 1980.
