Police looking for Frank Tracy

Police are still looking for the man suspected in the death of a 21-year-old woman who graduated from Montpelier High School just three years ago. Paulding police are looking for 47-year-old Frank Tracy Junior. The body of 21-year-old Hannah Fischer was found in her apartment last Tuesday. Police have not said how the woman was killed. According to the Paulding County Sheriff, Tracy had domestic issues with another female from Montpelier two years ago.
