Poynter Faces Charges

A Bryan man faces felony charges following a complaint…detailing sex crimes, involving a minor. The police arrive at Birtton Poynter home on Cardinal Drive. Through the investigation, Poynter, 37, was charged with corrupting another with drugs…and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony. The investigation is ongoing with additional charges pending.
