Preliminary hearings have been set for a trio of Defiance men

In a follow up on a story we brought you yesterday, preliminary hearings have been set for a trio of Defiance men arrested Monday by the Napoleon Police Department and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. Arrested following a suspicious persons report called in early Monday morning in the area of High Street and Woodlawn Court were 18 yar old Garret Eutsler, 19 year old Isaiah Garrett, and 19 year old Miguel Rangel. Each was charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. Additionally, Eutsler and Rangel were charged with possessing criminal tools, and Garrett was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
