Raynor Goes To Jail

A Bryan man guilty of sexual battery goes to jail for three years. Charles Raynor had plead guilty to two counts of sexual battery, last month in a Williams County courtroom. He was indicted in March by a Williams County grand jury. Prosecutors say he engaged in sexual conduct with a female to whom he is the natural or adoptive parent.
