Reese Is The Winner

A bid by Logan Reese, of Bryan, is chosen as the winner to lease 162 acres of county-owned farmland near the Hillside Country Living facility, north of town. Reese’s bid of $257 per acre was accepted over 10 other bidders by Williams County Commissioners. As we reported, the group had advertised for sealed bids for the farmland, with a minimum bid of $125 per acre. The plot of land consist of three parcels. The three-year lease runs through Dec., 2022.
