An update on what we know about Hannah Fischer’s death in Paulding. Last Friday, police released the initial incident report to the media. The report indicates a man named Riley Hart called police to report the body in her apartment on February 9th. He had been asked to open the apartment by the suspect’s sister, who hadn’t seen him for some time. That’s when he found the body. The report says there didn’t appear to be any gang activity, drugs or alcohol, and no signs of forced entry to Fischer’s apartment. Paulding police haven’t said much else about the investigation. They are still looking for Frank Tracy, a 47-year-old man who lived with the victim. His truck was found several days after the killing. The Lucas County Coroner’s Office is processing the toxicology results. Finally, a candlelight vigil will be held for Hannah Fischer at Montpelier High School on March 12th at 6 p.m.
