RESTAURANTS HIT WITH FEDERAL SEARCH WARRANTS

The Azul Tequila restau­rant in Napoleon remained closed Wednes­day fol­low­ing a search late Tues­day morn­ing by agents of the U.S. Immi­gra­tion and Cus­toms with assis­tance from the Napoleon Police Depart­ment.

ICE exe­cuted fed­eral search war­rants at the Napoleon and Defi­ance loca­tions of Azul Tequila as part of an ongo­ing crim­i­nal inves­ti­ga­tion.

So far, the agency has issued no state­ment on whether any­one was being detained or if any charges were pending.
