Richcreek Is Arraigned

Donald Richcreek, the Oakwood man accused of killing his brother, is arraigned in Paulding County. Richcreek pled not guilty to murder and weapons charges in the Aug. 10 shooting death of his brother, Anthony. A pretrial hearing is set for Nov. 4. If convicted, Richcreek could be sentenced to a prison term of 15 years to life. The judge declined to set a jury trial date in the case.
