Richcreek Trial On Docket

A trial date is set for Donald Richcreek, the Oakwood man accused of killing his brother in 2019. A final pre-trial hearing is set for April 20…the trial date, May 5-8. Richcreek is accused of shooting his brother in the chest at a County Road 187 address in Oakwood back in Aug. The two brothers lived at the residence. Richcreek pled not guilty to murder in September. If convicted, he could get 15 years to life in prison.
