Rider In Critical Condition

A motorcyclist is in the hospital in critical condition after a road rage incident causes him to hit the brakes abruptly and fly off the bike….all this, at the intersection of S.R. 3 and C.R. 62, in DeKalb County. Officials say Jeffrey Clingerman, of Columbia City was northbound on 3, at a high rate of speed and hit the brakes abruptly which caused him to be ejected from the bike. Deputies learn that it was a result of an incident, involving another vehicle and driver. Clingerman was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and suffered head trauma and a wrist injury.
