Activity across the Ohio housing marketplace rose in January, as sales increased 8.8% from the level reached during the same month a year ago, that’s according to the Ohio REALTORS group. Around the state, 15 of the 16 markets tracked experienced an increase in average price for the month compared to January 2020. On top of that, 12 local markets showed an increase in sales activity compared to a year ago.
