A Paulding man is given community control for four years on a sexual misconduct charge involving a child. Zachary Ross, 24, is now classified as a tier II sexual offender, requiring him to register his address twice each year with the county sheriff’s office. Ross previously pled guilty to the charges. Prosecutors say between Dec. 1, 2018, and Jan. 31, 2019, he engaged in sexual conduct with a girl less than 13 years of age.
