Roth In Court

William Roth of McClure, appeared by video in Napoleon Municipal Court on a charge of failure to comply with police, this after a four-county pursuit earlier this week we reported on.
Roth now has court-appointed counsel. Bond was set at $100,000. Officials tell reporters a deputy tried to stop Roth, eastbound on 6, west of McClure, for speeding. The police finally forced Roth into a spinout and was brought in.
