32 year old Daniel Rubio recently appeared for sentencing on a charge of tampering with evidence, according to Defiance County Prosecutor Morris Murray’s office. He was given a 12-month prison term to be served consecutively to a 36-month prison term reimposed for a community control violation on a previous conviction in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. He was given credit for 20 days served while his case was pending.
