Rummel to step down as Williams County Commissioner.

Terry Rummel, a Williams County commissioner, declared on Tuesday that he will formally resign from office on October 17th.  During the meeting, Rummel stated that he is going to officially proclaim that his last day as Williams County commissioner will be October 17th.
