SC Deputies Want Kappler

Steuben County wants a fugitive sex offender. 56 year old, Keith Kappler is now charged with one count of failure to register as a sex or violent offender, a felony. Officials say it looks like he moved from his area residence without telling the authorities. Kappler is white…5-9…160…brown eyes and brown hair. He wears glasses. Anyone with information on Kappler’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
